VERMONT MECHANICAL INC.
It's what's inside that counts.
Vermont Mechanical Inc. was looking for a certain kind of candidate. VMI's slogan, "It's what inside that counts," goes not just for the work they put into engineering and construction but also for the quality of their team. Benton + Crew worked with VMI to create a recruitment video that reflected VMI's core identity while advertising elements of that identity to attract ideal candidates.
The Hartness House has become a year-round destination due to its closeness to I-91, its proximity to multiple ski resorts, its scenic grounds and its historic mansion. Benton + Crew captured the draw of each season in separate ads, culminating in a "year-round" ad designed to encapsulate the Hartness House's appeal.
